ATHLETE GROUP TRAINING

B.S.F. Athletic Performance Group Programs are 60 minute, comprehensive sports performance programs designed to develop fundamental strength and athletic bases for grade school & junior high athletes of all sports.  Programs are split into junior high and grade school age groups and have a strong focus on developing athletes for long-term development. We intentionally keep training groups small (Maximum of 8 athletes) to ensure that athletes are provided a safe training environment that allows them to receive proper coaching from our staff.

The Training Session:

Each program starts with performance testing and technique mastering. Once technique is mastered the exercises and workouts become progressively more challenging. All programs include training in the following areas:

  • MOBILITY & INJURY REDUCTION – Myofascial work, muscle activation and stability training
  • SPEED – Linear and lateral movements
  • POWER – Plyometrics and medicine ball training
  • STRENGTH – Functional full-body strength development
  • CONDITIONING – Energy system conditioning to develop proper work capacity
