Bigger, Stronger, Faster Sports Performance Training
Bo Jackson’s Elite Sports is excited to introduce BSF Sports Performance Training to the facility. BSF stands for Bigger, Stronger, Faster……which not only describes today’s elite athlete, but also is the cornerstone of how athletes are trained at the Bo Dome. Research has proven that cross training, muscle confusion, and functional training are the most effective ways for young athletes to safely improve their athleticism and drive performance results.
The BSF training area at the Bo Dome is a uniquely designed space featuring the PurMotion Functional Training System (FTS), which was founded by a five-time Olympian and creates a training environment that is unique and cutting edge. The methodology is based on the movement patterns of athletes to build strength, flexibility, and explosiveness. The core premise of this system is: “Train the way you move….the way you play”! In addition to the PurMotion system, the BSF area features traditional strength training equipment, med balls, various agility training equipment, and Crossover Symmetry for shoulder strengthening and throwing velocity development.
In today’s world of sports proper training has become vital for player safety and to compete for roster spots, starting positions, or to advance to the next level. When players advance to the high school level and begin to get recruited by college coaches in all sports you can be assured they will ask about the player’s grades followed by questions about speed and athleticism. If an athlete is weak, or stiff, or slow then he/she will get passed by in the recruiting process. BSF offers programs that address speed, dynamic movement, explosive power, and athletic performance.

Athletic Performance Class
Key for all athletes ages 8-14. The class will focus on multi-directional acceleration using a combination of explosive power movements and agility.
Advanced Athletic Performance
This class is geared towards serious High School Athletes to help them reach the next level of competition. We will focus on acceleration using a combination of explosive power movements and agility exercises.
This class is designed to increase athleticism by teaching athletes how to effectively run the 40 and 60 yard dash with a combination of proper mechanics, with and without resistance. Designed for athletes ages ages 8-14.

Coach Darren Rudizinski
Coach Darren has been training athletes for over 20 years. His background and expertise are in the areas of athletic movement, core strength and balance, Olympic lifts, speed and acceleration, and the overall ability to create results. “It is my job, and passion to help every athlete reach their full potential. I want to assist them in getting to the next level of competition and create good positive habits that they will have for The rest of their lives.”
