ADULT STRENGTH CAMPS
B.S.F. Adult Strength Camps are 60 minute, structured group training sessions designed specifically for the needs of the adult training client. Whether your goal is improved body composition, increased strength, injury rehabilitation or better conditioning our coaches can cater to the needs of men and women of all ages and fitness levels. Each session will focus on improving mobility and tissue quality as well as developing functional full-body strength and power while employing metabolic conditioning to improve body composition. Our goal is to help you feel, look and move better than you ever have.
The cost of each adult program is dependent on how many days and weeks the program runs. Most programs are either 2 or 3 days a week and last anywhere between 8 and 12 weeks. The program cost averages out to approximately $15 a session.
