2020 High School Fall Positional Training
Program Description:
The goal of the Cangelosi Baseball Fall Training Program is to give our players the tools and knowledge to be “impact players.” John Cangelosi and his staff will direct this program which includes repetitive hitting exercises that include use of Hit Trax, position-specific defensive work for middle infielders, corner infielders, outfielders, and catchers.
Players will receive 40 minutes of live on-field batting practice in addition to their 40 minutes of hitting instruction in the cages. This will give players the opportunity to see the flight of the ball off the bat before their games each weekend.
Format:
- 40 minutes in-cage hitting with John Cangelosi and Staff
- 40 minutes on-field defensive work (position-specific)
- 40 minutes on-field batting practice
Ages: 14-18 years old
Dates: August 31st – October 26th (8 weeks)
Sessions: Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday 8:00pm-10:00pm (Twice per week, 16 sessions total)
Price: $795 or $715.50 for Cangelosi Members (NO REFUNDS AFTER August 15, 2020)
