Ryan brings a passion for high-energy workouts and a motivating presence to every session he leads. He thrives on creating an environment where athletes and clients can push themselves, stay focused, and walk away with a true sense of accomplishment.
When he’s not in the gym, Ryan enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their two daughters. Family is at the center of everything he does, whether it’s a weekend outing or relaxing together at home. He is also an avid outdoor cyclist who loves the challenge and freedom of the open road.

Adult Fitness Coach
Alex brings a passion for HIIT workouts and thrives on helping her clients challenge themselves through dynamic, high-intensity training. She believes that fitness is not just about the workout, but also about building real connections—getting to know her clients, understanding their goals, and creating an environment where everyone feels motivated and supported.
Outside of the gym, Alex enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She’s also a huge fan of NFL Flag and loves being involved in the sport both on and off the field. Her energy, enthusiasm, and genuine care for people make her a coach who inspires and motivates at every session.

Yoga Instructor
Morgan brings a passion for yoga and mindful movement, guiding her clients to build strength, balance, and flexibility—both physically and mentally. As a certified yoga instructor, her goal is to help athletes and individuals connect their mind and body through intentional and safe movement. She believes that fitness is more than just the poses or the workout—it’s about self-awareness, growth, and creating a space where everyone feels supported and inspired.
Outside of the studio, Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband and their two young boys. Whether they’re exploring outdoors, staying active together, or enjoying a quiet family night at home, she values creating balance between wellness and family life. Her calm energy, positivity, and genuine care for people make her a coach who empowers and uplifts everyone she works with.

As a mom of two, she understands how busy life can get and how hard it can be to make time for yourself. That’s why she loves supporting women in building healthy habits that fit into real life while working toward their fitness goals.
When she’s not in the gym, Anna enjoys spending time with her family and being in the kitchen cooking meals for the people she loves. She believes health is about balance—taking care of your body, enjoying good food, and making memories with the people who matter most.

Dennis is a dedicated fitness trainer with a strong passion for helping others become healthier, stronger, and more confident. Through his training, he motivates people to stay consistent, push past their limits, and build habits that support a healthier lifestyle. His commitment to fitness is not only something he teaches—it’s something he lives every day.
Outside of training, Dennis has a big love for football and enjoys following the game whenever he can. Between staying active, focusing on health, and spending time with family, he believes in living a balanced lifestyle and inspiring others to do the same.
