BSF Sports Performance is now offering Need 4 Speed, a program designed to introduce 7-14-year-olds to sports performance training. The offering is designed to train speed and athleticism in an age-appropriate way. It will measure outcomes to encourage athletes to compete and improve. Its purpose is to introduce this age group to the importance of training and build a foundation for the natural progression into our semi-private training.

Ages: 7-14 years old
Dates: Mondays & Thursdays (Nov-Feb)
Times: 5:00pm-6:00pm
Price: $75 per month
